Cardassia Accepts Dominion’s Gift of 2,800 Luxury Warships

Cardassia Prime – The Cardassian Central Command has officially accepted the gift of 2,800 luxury warships from the Dominion.
Cardassian shipyards will now make the modifications necessary for Cardassian operations despite logistical concerns.
“Look, we have accepted the gift in accordance with all the laws and regulations which we just made up days ago,” said Gul Dukat. “So it’s all good.”
Members of the civilian government have voiced concerns.
“There are security issues and, of course, ethical issues,” said one Detapa Council member on the condition of anonymity.
Dukat, however, has dismissed these concerns.
“It’s not as if I’m keeping these ships for myself,” he said. “These ships will be used for official military business only and we’ll keep using them until they get blown up or something. You people sound like those humans who complained about some president getting one plane.”
