There is no shortage of authentic prophecies regarding the events leading up to the Second Coming. Throughout the past two thousand years, messages or other mystical revelations have been given to many.
Of course, there are plenty of false messages too so one has to be careful. Scripture warns to be neither dismissive nor gullible: “Despite not prophecies. Test everything…” (1 Thessalonians 5:20–21)
Given the conflict in Israel and the fleet movements of the US Navy to the Mediterranean Sea, I thought it may be fitting to share merely one message. To those unfamiliar with the subject matter, directly below is a highly generalized introduction. To those who just want to read the message, scroll down below the text break.
In addition to whatever revelations given to individuals throughout the centuries, there are many Marian apparitions and messages. One can consider, unofficially at least, the messages given to St Catherine Labouré in 1830 to be the first of the modern era.
These Marian apparitions occur at a particular place to at least one seer or mystic. In some cases, the apparitions are not a single appearance but a series. Appearances may not be limited to the Virgin Mary; for example, Our Lord or St Michael or an unnamed angel may appear. They may also occur in different places in addition to the original location. As proof of authenticity, supernatural phenomena or at least the extraordinary are observed. Sometimes, they are referred to by the Marian title; for example, Our Lady of La Salette.
The messages typically contain a call to stop sinning, do prayer and penance, and maybe comments regarding the moral state of the Church and the world with warnings of punishment such as disasters, natural or supernatural, and wars. Whether implicitly or explicitly, these messages point out the significance of the times we live in.
The more famous Marian apparitions include the following: La Salette, France (1846); Lourdes, France (1858); Fatima, Portugal (1917); Garabandal, Spain (1961–1965); Akita, Japan (1973–1981). Although pre-modern era, Our Lady of Good Success in Quito, Ecuador (early 1600s) is also relevant.
Individual mystics not attached to a particular Marian apparition include St John Bosco (b. 1815 – d. 1888), Teresa Higginson (b. 1844 – d. 1905), Maria-Julie Jahenny (b. 1850 – d. 1941), Elena Aiello (b. 1895 – d. 1961), St Pio of Pietrelcina (b. 1887 – d. 1968), amongst others.
One can search the internet for these messages themselves. The amount of material concerning all authentic or seemingly authentic mystical revelations regarding these times would require at least an encyclopedia. There are conveniently-sized collections which have been reviewed on this website. (See links below.)
As already mentioned in another article, these prophecies when read in isolation might not say much. However, collectively, they form a rough chronology. As usual, there is room for change and some elements are conditional. It seems there will be a frightful but relatively short WWIII before divine intervention(s) at some stage, including the “Chastisement” and “Three Days of Darkness”. This punishment will in a sense end with the “Miracle of Our Lady”, making it clear(er) to the world what is going on. The war then somehow continues in a (morally) clearer manner in which the Church goes through a revival and cleans up the world. A short peace follows before the Church and the world are corrupted again, the Antichrist makes his public appearance with the final conflict (WWIV) leading to the Second Coming.

As mentioned above, given the conflict in Israel and the US Navy fleet movements, I thought it may be fitting to share merely one message that was given at El Palmar de Troya, Spain. These apparitions began in 1968, a few years after Garabandal concluded, initially to four girls.
Other seers followed and Clemente Dominguez y Gómez became the principal seer and a stigmatic. He received his first vision in 1969 at around 23 years of age. The history of Palmar is rich and complex as are the implications but that is another discussion.
The below is merely one message given to Clemente on 22 December 1972. The first half of the message is a warning regarding possible war and the second half is a warning regarding the state of the Church. Although given in 1972 and, in hindsight, nothing seemingly occurred around that time, there is nothing to exclude that it is (also) referring to some other time.
Our Lord said: Dear son: Tell the Church and the world that humanity walks with giant steps towards its own destruction for it is at the brink of a third world war. Look at the final consequences of the war in Vietnam; many innocent people dying at the hands of the great powers, the two kings of the world, Russia and North America. Observe Israel, its approaching days run; put your eyes on Israel, above all on its astute Zionism, which is preparing the reign of the Antichrist that will govern the world and will come to be adored by the nations, whose number, as you know, is 666; this will be the mark of the Beast; already there are persons who have been marked with this number. Observe very closely the massacres in Ireland and beware of the Inter-German Pact, the pact of ignominy, the shameful and insulting pact; this is the punishment that Germany sustains: two States in a single nation, all prepared by Masonry. Be alert to the coming events. All this is a preparation for the Third World War that is at the doors. Keep your eyes open to the events in the Mediterranean; be alert to the Russian fleet, observe its moves; each move that it makes is a preparation and a tactic for the War of Nations. My beloved sons: do not underrate the prophecies, for it is a gift of God and a warning to the Church and to Humanity. And you will be receiving but few warnings from now on. I also address myself to you, My Spouse, you too will receive great punishments; for, each day you prostitute yourself more; remember the passage of the great prostitute and the great Babylon; all this concerns you, dear Spouse, remember your extravagances and your pacts with Satan; you have made room in your bosom for the emissaries of the Beast: communism, Masons, Lutherans, Calvinists and other heretics. You are altering the Sacred Scriptures and presenting the Mysteries ambiguously; you are adulterating the Faith, you are teaching truth together with lies; you are removing the holy Bishops, Cardinals, Priests and good religious; those that maintain the integrity of the Faith, you make their lives impossible; in a word: you wage a cold war against them, you dispossess them of their charges, you accuse them of being anti-conciliarists. But you, you deny the acceptance of all the Holy Councils, founding a new Church, carved from the Vatican Council II; there is no such council, except one that you have invented or interpreted to your fancy, in order to adulterate the Truth and to break with Holy Tradition forged by great saints. The Heavenly Father will purify you and refine you very soon.
