Given the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, it is not difficult to see this escalate to World War III. The US has already provided $8B to Ukraine, more than the first 5 years of war in Afghanistan, to say nothing of all the assets in the area. Meanwhile, the Russian Navy has taken delivery of the latest K-329 Belgorod submarine that can carry Poseidon nuclear-armed torpedoes. More on that later.
Centuries of authentic and seemingly authentic Catholic prophecies have predicted this war to varying degrees of clarity, some of which indicate that Russia will be a participant or even an instigator without implying the West is “good”. If anything, countries of the West are often criticized, so please do not read this article as anti-Russian propaganda. (It should be noted that prophecies can multilayered and multifaceted, so they could be referring to the world generally and/or more than one particular war.)
Adding to the complexity of the situation is that there are reasons to support that President Vladimir Putin is currently acting in Ukraine for the right reasons, such as cleaning up the cabal’s bioweapons labs, their human-trafficking operations and certain nazi elements. These things are well-documented. Even if this is true, this does not exclude the possibility of the guy changing his mind or elements of the Russian “deep state” taking advantage.
Taken together, the prophecies indicate a frightful but relatively short WWIII before divine intervention(s) at some stage, including the “Chastisement”, “Three Days of Darkness” and “Miracle of Our Lady”. The war then somehow continues in a (morally) clearer manner in which the Church goes through a revival and cleans up the world. This is followed by a short peace before the final conflict (WWIV) leading to the Second Coming.
A Scriptural example referring to the ultimate defeat of the communistic forces (the “hammer” and “sickle”) can be found in Jeremiah 50:
Destroy the sower out of Babylon, and him that holdeth the sickle in the time of harvest: for fear of the sword of the dove every man shall return to his people, and every one shall flee to his own land. … How is the hammer of the whole earth broken, and destroyed! how is Babylon turned into a desert among the nations!
A famous example of a non-Scriptural prophecy is the message given during the third apparition of Our Lady at Fatima, Portugal, on 13 July 1917. Our Lady said to Lucia, amongst other things:
When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that he is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father. To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph.
It is easy to jump to the conclusion that any foretold mass destruction will be caused by nukes or some yet-to-be-revealed advanced weaponry. Today’s conventional weapons are more than capable of mass destruction and a high death toll can just as well be caused by a lack of clean water and “vaccines”. But still, one has to wonder…
In the message given to Melanie at La Salette, France, on 19 September 1846, Our Lady said, amongst other things:
At the first blow of God’s crushing sword, mountains and all nature will tremble in horror, because the disorders and crimes of mankind pierce the dome of heaven. Paris will burn and Marseille will be flooded. Several large cities will be shaken by earthquakes and flooded, and the people will think that everything is lost.

It is unclear what the specifications of the latest Russian K-329 Belgorod sub are. It is apparently based on the Oscar-II class sub (NATO designation) and it is estimated to be approximately 580ft long with a beam of 50ft.
It is unique, designed for special operations and managing submersibles, as well as carrying six Poseidon nuclear-powered torpedo drones that can be nuclear-armed. Some reported claims state that they are 80ft long, can achieve super-cavitation and have a maximum operational depth of 1,000m. An US attack sub operates at half that depth.
If one of these Poseidon detonates off the coast, the tsunami being devastating is an understatement. One has to wonder whether the prophesied flood at Marseille (or anywhere) is caused by weapons like this.
It should be noted that although some Marian messages contain predictive elements, the messages are ultimately a warning about the state of the world and a call to “prayer and penance” which is more important.

Update (21 Sep 2022): In addition to the Russian announcement of partial mobilization, let’s not forget that the Chinese Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Li Zhanshu visited Moscow earlier this month and, amongst other things, said the following:
“We see that the United States and its NATO allies are expanding their presence near the Russian borders, seriously threatening national security and the lives of Russian citizens. We fully understand the necessity of all the measures taken by Russia aimed at protecting its key interests, we are providing our assistance.”
It has yet to be confirmed whether the Chinese military is in Russia or Ukraine but they were in Serbia back in April.
In my opinion, I doubt Russia’s partial mobilization or the involvement of China is because Russia is losing like lamestream media is claiming. One must be delusional to think the Russia military is losing in this conflict even if they are taking losses—look up how many people they lost in WWII and still managed to achieve their objective.
