Bondi Explains Missing Hour in Jedi Temple Video

Coruscant (GNS) – Newly appointed Imperial Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday tried to explain the Department of Imperial Justice’s memo concluding that the now-disgraced Jedi all committed suicide.

The Department of Imperial Justice and ISB also released an 11-hour surveillance video of the Jedi Temple to refute claims that the Jedi were “slaughtered”. However, critics have pointed out that the video is missing one hour, skipping from 23:00 to midnight.

“The video was not conclusive,” said Bondi, “but the evidence prior to it suggests the Jedi committed mass suicide. And the Jedi surveillance resets every night, so every night is missing that hour.”

The video shows many Jedi and Padawans going about their business in the temple as usual. After the break, however, all were on the floor and motionless with blaster and lightsaber wounds.

Rumors have been circulating that clone troopers led by Anakin Skywalker killed the Jedi.

“To kill all those Jedi in the temple would require a master and Anakin is no master,” said Bondi. “It’s pretty clear the Jedi all killed themselves. There’s nothing else to see.”
