The previous posts have figures from the US and the European Economic Area (EEA). This post also includes figures from the UK and Australia. The figures are for doses, not the number of so-called vaccinees since some people require two doses. Please note the different dates.
US (as of 4 June 2021)
299.12 million doses administered with 329,021 adverse events reported:
~110.0 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 909 doses.
So far, the figures typically fluctuate but this is a noticeable increase of adverse events compared to the previous report (~93.2 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 1,073 doses). Also, 5,888 deaths are reported to date, which is 1.79% of reported adverse events, an increase from 1.68% from the previous report.
The reports can be called up at vaers.hhs.gov/data.html and medalerts.org/vaersdb/index.php. There is some variation in the figures between the two platforms. The screenshot is from the latter.

The reports can be called up at www.adrreports.eu/en/background.html, and the rollout stats can be found at ECDC.
UK (as of 2 June 2021)
66,234,731 doses administered with 255,961 suspected adverse events reported:
~386.4 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 259 doses.

Australia (as of 3 June 2021)
