This post also includes figures from the US, EEA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. The figures are for doses, not the number of so-called vaccinees since some people require two doses. Please note the different dates.
336.60 million doses administered with 491,218 adverse events reported:
~145.9 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 685 doses.
This is a noteworthy increase in frequency since the last report with approximately 1 adverse event per 750 doses. Also, there are 11,405 deaths reported, an increase from 2.06% to 2.32% (of reported adverse events). There is currently a claim that the reported deaths are 5 times higher.
The reports can be called up at vaers.hhs.gov/data.html and medalerts.org/vaersdb/index.php. There is some variation in the figures between the two platforms. The screenshot is from the latter.
Astrazeneca – 85,925,046 doses administered with 166,137 adverse events reported:
~193.4 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 517 doses.
Moderna – 49,658,974 doses administered with 45,894 adverse events reported:

81,438,892 doses administered with 308,809 suspected adverse events reported:
~379.2 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 264 doses.
The rollout stats and report can be found on the UK government website.
10,125,533 doses administered with 41,406 adverse events reported:
~408.9 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 245 doses.
The report can be found on the Australian Department of Health website.

Compare all of the above to the supposedly safe MMR vaccine: ~5 adverse events per 100,000 doses or 1 adverse event per 20,000 doses.
