● Alice Racine (Noomi Rapace) is a CIA interrogation officer working in London. She is behind a desk by choice, basically the “burdened by past failures” trope. An imminent biological attack drags her into an investigation.
● Rapace plays the role convincingly and the film is generally well-produced. It starts strongly enough but then is too predictable. Although the film is not intended to be a shoot ’em up and not have her entirely operate outside the system, it lacks a substantial twist and could use better action.
