Mildly entertaining but meh.

It’s basically Luc Besson’s updated, Cold War version of Le Femme Nikita starring a Russian model.

One expects this to be a short, no-brainer, action-packed, light entertainment. And that’s what it mostly is.

It is well-produced but is not particularly memorable. The first film is the best and the most satisfying.

Some nice set pieces initially, and nicely shot with decent sound editing too. Not bad but lacks wow factor and not particularly memorable.

A decent follow-up but the first is still better.

Decent action film with good pacing. Also nicely shot and edited with good sound. No surprise that it has spurred clones and derivatives.
