Recalls for Eye Drops

Although there is plenty of reason to distrust the FDA and CDC, at least someone there seems to be doing their job during February and March 2023.

A recall was issued for EzriCare or Delsam Pharma’s Artificial Tears products, including ointments, due to drug-resistant strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria.

Also of concern, due to potential non-sterility, are six (6) lots of Apotex’s Brimonidine Tartrate Ophthalmic Solution 0.15% and two (2) lots of Pharmedica USA’s Purely Soothing 15% MSM Drops.
